Nancy, Erik and I started at the Long Center while there was still plenty of bright daytime light. The open lawn and downtown Austin views gave us a completely different look from where we ended the session later that evening.

From there, we headed to a personal favorite, the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema on South Lamar for some fun nighttime photos. I love combining locations like these in the same session—the Long Center gave us bright, open portraits, while the Alamo let us switch things up once it got dark.
