We headed to Roadhouse Relics for some neon sign fun during Wylea and Steve’s engagement session. It’s one of those Austin locations that gives you a lot to work with visually without needing to overcomplicate things—the vintage neon, weathered textures, and bold colors already bring a lot of personality to the photos.

Roadhouse Relics is the Austin studio and gallery of neon artist Todd Sanders, whose vintage-inspired signs have become a recognizable part of the city’s visual style. I’ve photographed here before, and it’s always a fun place for couples who want something colorful, playful, and a little less traditional.

If you’re looking for more ideas for your own session, you can see more Austin engagement photo locations and full galleries on my main engagement photography page.
